How do I book your service? 

You can book through our website, send us a message on social media, or call/text us directly.

How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size and condition of your bathrooms. Contact us for a free quote based on your specific needs.

Do you require a deposit? 

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your booking. The full balance is due after service.

How far in advance should I book your services? 
We are equipped for on-call cleaning, and require at least 2-4 hour notice. Bookings outside of this time frame may still be considered, and a last-minute booking fee may be charged. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments for your convenience.

What is your cancelation policy?
ClubClean Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured to give you peace of mind when booking our services.​​
